Sustainability Principles
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project. The design incorporates skylight openings in the ceiling, maximizing natural daylight during operating hours and reducing the need for artificial lighting. High-performance insulation materials were used in walls and roofing to minimize heat gain and improve energy efficiency. Additionally, a combination of energy-efficient lighting systems and heat-resistant glazing was implemented to reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort. These conscious choices not only lower the building’s environmental footprint but also enhance the dining experience with a naturally lit, thermally comfortable environment.
03
Interior Design
The interior design highlights a harmonious palette of natural tones and warm materials, evoking calm and understated elegance. Signature green hues, paired with natural wood finishes, bring a cozy yet contemporary character to the space. Furniture was thoughtfully arranged to optimize comfort and functionality, while the lighting design creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day and evening. Every detail from table surfaces to wall finishes was meticulously chosen to reinforce the brand’s identity and express a modern yet warm aesthetic.

Design Philosophy
The design philosophy for this project stayed true to the original concept of Jon & Vinny’s, maintaining the brand’s signature blend of modern minimalism and organic warmth. Our role focused on faithfully translating this aesthetic into a larger industrial shell, adapting it to the unique context of Riyadh’s climate and the specific functional needs of the space. The result is a seamless extension of the brand identity, thoughtfully adapted to its new environment.
